We want you to be completely satisfied with your Fibre Mood patterns and fabrics; if you are not, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure all physical products are in their original, unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log in to your customer account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a return request form.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that fabric cuts and paper patterns are protected from moisture and damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
